What criteria do you need to fulfill for a free boiler replacement?

The current boiler should be a minimum of 8 years old.
Only homeowners are eligible to apply; tenants and council properties cannot apply for the grant.
The property must have a direct connection to the mains gas supply; alternatives like LPG, biomass, or oil systems do not qualify.
